We at Xilium Professional Services made it rain on July 10, 2022, with our various fun and exciting celebratory activities when we made a toast to our 11th Anniversary in four different cities in the Philippines. Namely, Iloilo, Roxas, Bacolod, and Cebu, where our Xilium friends participated with the anniversary theme: Wishes. 

We were all excited about this milestone and we wanted to celebrate it because it’s not easy to stay in business for 11 years. But we did it!

On our 11th Anniversary, we celebrated it with an optimistic outlook and strong hope that for this year, many wishes of us will be granted. So, we came up with Wishes, since in some beliefs, 11 is a powerful number with great manifestation powers. On the day of the event, we celebrated all the wishes that were fulfilled throughout Xilium’s history and the ones still in the works.

Our Xilium friends made themselves picture-ready during the anniversary celebration as everyone looked stunning and dressed in black, gold, or blue. To make the evening entertaining and memorable, games were organized. Beautiful smiles and joyous laughter filled the room.

She promises to keep working to make Xilium a respectable and good place for all minorities, women, single parents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who seek a safe space of employment in the company. 

The Executives and the Management are committed to seeing the company grow. On behalf of the organization, they will keep investing in operations, human resources, marketing, branding, and other business-related areas.

There were also various online activities enjoined by our staff days before the Anniversary to build up excitement. These were the Profile Picture Challenge, Catch the Anniversary Logo, Guess the Gibberish, and the Emoji Challenge. We made sure that our Xilium friends would enjoy these games, and they had the chance to also win prizes if they won the games.

Our Decade-Long Milestone

Over the past 11 years, we have been very proud of our achievements but we want to make sure that we don’t forget who we are and where we come from. Our goal from day one was to help create solutions for the US healthcare market, leveraging Filipinos’ natural customer service and nursing culture, so we want to continue doing that for many years to come.

We invest heavily in marketing, security, tech, admin, and creative staff. We strive to have one of the most innovative work environments in the country by pioneering virtual processes in all our systems and departments. 

While the company’s services and operations have expanded, our underlying principles have remained constant. Xilium is proud to celebrate its 11-year milestone with our employees, clients, and partners — and we look forward to more years of providing excellent service worldwide.
